Friday 12th July Montgo played the Mojo Cup sponsored by John Costigan, the temperature was around 35 degrees and there was little breeze.
Our winner today was Vice Captain Gordon Gleeson with 36 points, 2nd on countback was Peter Gardiner 36 points, 3rd place went to Roy Jones with 35 points.
We had 3 nearest the pins and these were won by Robin Thatcher on the 5th with a second shot to 1.6m of the hole. Sally Cottrell won the 11th with 10.97m and Richard Fox won the 16th with 2.74m.
There were 4 two’s today and these were achieved by Glenys Cuming, Richard Fox, Susie Snelling and Sally Cottrell.
