San Luis brought the full force of their team to Javea on a bright and sunny day with high hopes of maintaining their top of the table status, however Javea Green had a different plan. Still full of confidence after their excellent 11-1 win over neighbouring Benitachell last week they were in no mood for defeat.

From the onset they took control of the game and fought for every point. Chris Evans´s team, after trailing 5-13 had an impressive come back to storm ahead, winning 25-15. Captain Clive English´s team also had a comfortable 18-10 win.  The remaining  two Javea teams also won giving Javea 8 points plus 2 for shot difference. This 10-2 victory sees them back where they belong at the top of the League table.

Next match is away to Bonalba.   With two games left to play and only 1 point separating the leaders there is still everything to play for and nothing to be taken for granted.

The Berleen team skipped by Brian Manser won 26-12, they are now only one point behind the top of the table leaders with a game in hand.

In the Northern league Javea´s Onyx lost 6-4 at home to El Cid Sabres, Opals beat BBC Jaguars 6-4 and Quartz lost to BBC Lions 10-0.
