Nicky Henderson trained Burrows Edge – tipped to win the Unibet Lanzarote Handicap Hurdle at Kempton on Saturday – obliged under jockey Nico De Boinville.

Burrows Edge (5-1), Saint Xavier (4-11), who won by 36 lengths, Fingerontheswitch (15-2) tipped to land the Unibet Handicap Chase over 3 miles, and Never Adapt (5-4) completed four winning selections, when successful in the 32Red Handicap hurdle over 2m.

The 4-horse winning accumulator paid odds of 175-1; a Lucky 15 bet paid £546 and a Yankee bet returned £528.

The final flight of the Kempton Lanzarote 2m 5f C1 Listed race saw Debestyman unseat Micheal Nolan, when leading, and Olly Murphy trained Notre Pari falling.

Burrows Edge went on to gain a nine lengths win, ahead of Vive Le Roi, to notch up Henderson’s fourth win of the race.

“He is talented – but a horse that has got his quirks – there is no doubt about that,” said Henderson.

“He finished enjoying himself – which is always a good thing. We will look at Coral Cups, and other races,” said Henderson.
