Nicky Henderson trained Call Me Lord is tipped to fill the punters pockets for Christmas drinks at Ascot on Saturday.

Call Me Lord is given the nod in the 2.25 JLT Long Walk Hurdle, ahead of Sam Spinner (each way tip) and Unowhatimeanharry.

Jedd O’Keeffe, trainer of Sam Spinner, said: “He has pleased me lately and we will have a go. He seems great.”

Acting Lass Ascot 3.00 and Lisp Ascot 3.35 are also tipped.

At Haydock the Trevor Hemmings owned Testify, trained by D. McCain jnr, is an each way selection in the 2.40 race, despite carrying top weight of 11st 8lb.

Shalakar (2.05) trained by Venetia Williams, and Shear Rock (1.35) trained by Kerry Lee, are also tipped at Haydock.
