Sevilla FC will once again play a pre season friendly at Pinatar Arena. After facing Alcorcón 3 years ago at the San Pedro del Pinatar Football Centre, the Sevilla team will again be training at Pinatar Arena where they will face English Premier League team AFC Bournemouth.

It will be an evening game, played at the 3,000 capacity stadium on Saturday 14 July, kicking off at 8pm.

Three seasons ago Sevilla, then trained by Emery, drew 1-1 with the Second Division Alcorcón, while this July Machin will measure his progress against Bournemouth in one of the most attractive games of the summer preseason so far arranged. While based at the La Manga Club sports resort, Eddie Howe’s side will also face La Liga side Levante at the Pinatar Arena on Friday, 20th July, at 8pm local time.

Meanwhile at least two other English teams will be spending part of their pre-season at Pinatar Arena with the 1981 UEFA Cup champions, Ipswich Town, confirming a week in the Pinatar Arena complex, from July 2nd to 9th, at its 5-star La Finca facilities. Recently promoted Coventry City will also be jetting out to the Costa Calida as Ipswich depart, from 9th to 15th July.

Mark Robins’ side will play at least one friendly on Tuesday, 10th July with the possibility of another on Friday, 13th July.

Opponents have not yet been confirmed but both games will be played at the Pinatar Arena in San Pedro del Pinatar.
