PROMOTING HEALTHY HABITS ON THE BEACH

The roadshow 'A Summer to your health' will reach the beaches in Guardamar del Segura and Pilar de la Horadada next week as well as calling in at the Habaneras Mall
Organised by the Health Department of the Generalitat Valenciana the roadshow will explain to residents the healthy habits they should adapt during the heat of the summer months in relation to sun protection and hydration if they are to prevent heat stroke.
The campaign was first launched at the beginning of last month and has been featured all over the province at pharmacies, tourist offices, health centers and on numerous Costa beaches.
