CLARKES BAR GOLF SOCIETY LO ROMERO 12/07/12

This week we travelled to Lo Romero thanks to an excellent deal from Mike Probert. The weather was very hot and sultry so we were all grateful for the breeze that was blowing across the course.

The course was in excellent condition as usual with very fast but true greens which took a little time to adjust to.
Results for the day are as follows:

Nearest the pin on hole 5 : Unfortunately no-one managed to get their tee shot onto the green because of the strength of the breeze. Nearest the pin on hole 12 : Robert Wardrop, Longest Drive on hole 10    : Charlie Rodgers
Winner with a very creditable 43 points : Robert Wardrop (you will have a very different handicap when you return), Runner up with 34 points : Charlie Rodgers
