CLUB FINALS
Saturday saw the last of the clubs finals with the Mens & Ladies trips and mens 2 wood pairs and the Ladies Singles in the Mens trips the team of Allan Sinclair Mike Regan and John Rudkin had a real battle but eventually ran out winners against Stuart Allman Maurice Blight and John Withers in the Ladies Trips Final Katrina Christianson Beryl Regan and Pat Harman overcame the team of Diane Hudson and Shirley Withers to become champions In the mens 2 wood Russ Hudson and George Gandy were just too good on the day for the team of Bert Bell and Malcolm Drew and picked up the winners trophy.
The last game was the Ladies singles between Pat Williamson and Olwyn Ratcliff and what a match is was with the score towing and frowing until the very last end where the scores were level Pat just managed to win this end to be crowned champion
WEDNESDAY WINTER LEAGUE
Winter League team played their last match at home to La Siesta this week and on a beautiful day although it did get a little breezy towards the end came away with a great win by 2 wins and a draw and with the overall gained a 7-3 victory, the best win today was achieved by Russ Hudson Jean Parkes Paul Parkes and skip Brian Harman who won by the score of 22-5 well done to all of you

The Squads for the Harrier Leagues along with a fixture list are on the notice boards there is also forms for names of Captain Vice Captain and Selector for each team posted so get involved and put your name down
Peter has posted the entry forms for the summer competitions in the clubhouse and we still need more names so get you names on them the more we have the better will be the competition.
Starting on Saturday morning 21st April 2012, and every Saturday there after we will be running a come one come all competition,
With a Roast joint and all the trimmings plus a bottle of wine as first prize, there will also be a second prize plus a bottle of wine,
Members and non-members from the very experienced to the beginner are welcome to take part, entrance fee will be 2e for member and 6e for non-member including green fee's, come along and take home a great meal.
We are still looking to increase our membership and we have both Annual ( 160€, 300€ for a couple) and 6 month membership (90€) available, anybody interested will be more than welcome at the club.
