This week’s game took us to a new home pitch and six goals Justified the move and also the four changes from last week due to injures.
In the first few minutes Horadada looked to be displaying the type of football that supporters have become used to this year with some dominating play which Dani Lopez benefitted from to open the scoring on 21 minutes.
More chances came the way of the homeside throughout the rest of the first half and with half time looming, Ivan somehow avoided the linesman’s flag to slot past the advancing ‘keeper and give the home side a two goal cushion at the break.
Horadada clearly took their foot off the pedal in the second half but a good move saw Ivan put through a good ball for Alfonso on the left who cut it to beat the stranded keeper to claim his first league goal.
With twenty minutes left changes were made with Sara coming on for Campillo and immediately he made an impression as Ozon crossed and he chested the ball and then volleyed into the back of the net for what must be the goal of the season.
As ever Horadada went to sleep and El Campello grabbed a goal from a corner but with 6 minutes of normal time remaining Nacho, who replaced, Ivan picked out Sara who volleyed home from the edge of the box to make it five-one. One more followed which made it a rout and confirmed Horadada’s claim for the league title.
