This game was played on the Montesinos pitch whilst the home pitch is re seeded. On paper looking at the league positions Thader must be hot favourites for three more points and early on this would look to be the case. A long range effort from the visitors though catches Toni off his line but hits the bar.

Almost straight away a Thader attempt nearly loops over keeper Fernando in the visitors goal. The ensuing corner sees a miss kicked clearance hit the underside of the cross bar and bounce clear, followed by a volley from Pomares that again cannons of the cross bar. It's a case of the home side making all the chances but with no result.

Passes still go astray but Thader are playing some good football, especially in the way they are closing the opposition down. Now the start of the bad side, Musta gets himself booked when he thought he should have had a penalty but keeps on complaining. Thader reached the break without making any inroads and to add to the woe, even with Captain Canario trying to calm him, Musta continues back-chatting and gets himself a red on the way to the dressing room to reduce his team to ten men for the second half.

Early in the second half Thader have a chance but it fortunately falls to an Aspe defender.

All the officials now seem to have become the three blind mice (maybe its the cooler weather). Angel, who is causing trouble since the loss of Musta, is now excelling and a fierce shot saves Aspe only when it hits the upright with Fernado stranded. Although the football is not the quality of the first half the home side are still making the running and the defense are still holding fast even with the loss of skipper Antonio Canario with an injury.

By now the football was a bit frantic, not only had the ref lost it I had lost count of the cards issued along with every other supporter. The ten men were not giving out any real danger signals. Late into the game and Angel broke free we all thought he had left it too late but he slipped the ball pass Fernado and the stadium erupted. Maybe not the best three points but nevertheless the home record stays intact.

Information. No game next week then Alone away, Altea away. Then a rearranged match with El Campello. It will now be played on the 23rd Dec (Wednesday ) at 2100 late and cold
