TRAMPOLIN HILLS SINKING

Trampolin Hills Golf Resort has been fined 350,000 euros for not guaranteeing to return the money the company took from would be buyers of property in the Campos del Rio Urbanisation.
They also look set to face another fine of 15,000 euros because in the purchase contracts they got their clients to sign which offered illegal benefits to the seller. Trampolin Hills are also being sued for fraud at Mula Law Courts, as they appear to have broken many consumer laws.
Consumo has confirmed that the building project in question consisted of 2,573 houses, 1,855 of which have been sold. Which means the company have banked almost 58 million euros. Tramolin Hills has a month to respond to the charges.
The owners, Antonio Martínez González and Rafael Aguilera Serna, face charges of fraud and their bail has been set at 30 million euros. Trampolin Hills is awaiting offers of credit.
