MORE SPEED CAMERAS FOR ALICANTE

Alicante’s provincial traffic chief has announced four new fixed radar for the province, two of which will be installed on the AP-7 motorway before and after Benidorm. Another will go on the road which links the A-31 with the A-60, and the fourth on the old road to Castalla, EFE reports.
A further 10 fixed radar will arrive in the province next year.
Francisco García Caro gave the news at the presentation of a new road safety campaign, where reporters also heard that between 450 and 500 Alicante drivers lose their driving licence every year.
