SO IT´S HOW MUCH?

I see Ryanair have taken another step towards becoming the least popular airline on the planet with yet more charges being levied on passengers, this time in the form of a ´money-saving´ venture that will ´help to reduce ticket prices…´. Of course it will and those savings will naturally passed on to their long-suffering passengers. With the removal of the check-in desks and fliers having to print their own tickets at home or face a 40 charge for picking it up at the airport, Ryanair, far from pleasing their customers seem to be ignoring their opinion and doing whatever suits them best. Now this could be a great idea that saves you and me time at the airport (so long as we´ve remembered our ´ticket´) but, come on Ryanair, people just want to know how much it will cost to get from A to B, full stop. Instead of getting a ridiculously low price, initially, and then all the extras being added on after, us passengers just want the final cost – can they not see that_ or is it (more likely) that airlines such as Ryanair can then advertise these incredibly low fares while ommiting that, in fact, it really will cost you a whole lot more to actually use that ticket.

It´s become the same with car hire here on the Costas with companies advertising ´low, low prices´ that are in fact just the starting point of your costs and before you know it you have a long, long list of ´extras and an invoice that looks like it would be better used to amuse an Andrex puppy´.

We are not daft (ok, most of us aren’t) and these two types of business seem to be the only ones that operate in this crazy fashion… anything to do with exploiting holdaymakers I wonder… no, they wouldn´t do that…would they…?

COWELL´S LACK OF TALENT

So simon Cowell is an expert in Flamenco dancing now too? Who´d have thought that the bloke who doesn´t even know how to put his trousers on properly would know what qualifies as good Flamenco. Jay  Markwick from San Javier put on the performance of his life only to be  knocked down by Mr Trousers. No problem there but surely Cowell´s comment about his dancing not going down well in spain is about as ignorant as you can get. If he knew what he was talking about the fair enough, but he doesn´t so the best thing for all would be for himn to pull his trousers up… another three feet should do it.

I use to fy with Ryan Air evry time I came to Spain and for the years I lived there as and when i had to return to the uk, now I have seen the fiddle on the system with the check in and taxes etc I would never use them again.
And to all who have purchased tickets and not used them did you know they should pay you the taxes back as theyre not suppose to charge taxes unless your up in the air with them.
I urge everyone to search all air lines as often you get a better deal.
