LOS PANCHOS TO PERFORM IN TORREVIEJA

Torrevieja Cultural program is just about finalised and such Spanish greats as Isobel Pantoja and for the younger ones, ElectoMar have already been announced. The latest famous artists to join the ranks for your summer entertainment pleasure is the legendary Trio Los Panchos, who play guitar and sing well known Spanish favourites, dressed in their typical Mariachi outfits.
The group consists of Jaime Islas on the lead vocals and guitar, Tauri Vargas and Gabriel Vargas. The authentic sound of the legendary trio has remained in force for many decades, which has seen them perform all over Spain and around the world plus hundreds of television appearances. During the summer months, they perform almost constantly at festivals all around Spain.
2012 is no different and will see them on tour that will take them Spanish cities like Madrid, Barcelona, Marbella, Valencia, Vigo and Torrevieja, which for the first time has been chosen. Los Panchos will perform on two nights, July 8 and 9 at 9:00 pm in the Torrevieja’s Municipal Theatre. Tickets can be purchased through SERVICAM and at the Municipal Theatre box office, at a price of €25.00.
Other concerts and performances of note that are already on sale include a concert by Spanish singer-Manuel Carrasco, who will perform on Saturday August 4 at 11:00 pm in Eras de la Sal with Tickets priced at €20 euros until the 3rd of August or €25 on the day of the concert, if still available. The queen of Spanish music Isabel Pantoja is performing on Saturday 18 August at the Fairgrounds Park Antonio Soria, at 11:00. The ticket prices are: €40 euros (Rows 1 through 15), €30 euros (Row 16 to 30) and €25 euros (row 31 to 47). A total of 4,000 seats are available for Isabel.
The night before, a performance for children of “Un Mundo Mágico (A Magical World)" starring Diane and Elsa Anka will be on stage in Antonio Soria Park. That’s Friday August 17 at 10:30pm. Price of tickets is: €15 euros (Rows 1 through 15), €12 euros (Rows 16 to 30), and €10 euros (rows 31 to 47).
