Round four of the Summer Series was fished at the Embalse del Argos in Calaspara. Murcia.
The weather was extremely hot , and little John decided to take a dip. He assures us that his pole had gone off at a great rate of knots, but he did manage to get it back.

First on the day was Ian Dalzell with a weight of  25.10kilos. All the fish he caught were Barbel with the exception of one Carp. In second place with 12.04 kilos was Dennis Pick, in third spot was John Brightling with 9.32 kilos and fourth was Ian Haughton with 7.72 kilos.

The next match will be at Beniarres on 5th July- draw at 8.00 with fishing from 9.15 to 3.15
The next Club quiz night is on July 10th commencing at 7.30. Cost of entry is 1€ and a raffle is held to pay for the buffet that is provided. Teams of 6 or less may take part.

The next Sunday meeting is on July 15th- Committee at 10.00 with the meeting at 11.00.
The Clubs home is the Bar El Alto la Dolores, on the N332 between La Mata and Guardamar.
