HELP VEGA BAJA – FRIENDS UNLIMITED
We will be leaving the Arches Quesada at 08:30 for this all day coach trip to Caravaca and we will travel south towards Murcia, with a brief comfort break before continuing to our destination.

Our tour will commence at 11:00, with a Tourist Train journey through the centre of the city, before climbing to the Sanctuary of Caravaca de la Cruz, you will then enjoy a tasting of many of Northwest Murcia’s finest sausage, chorizo, cheese and Jumilla and Bullas wines.  There will be free time until we return to the Tourist Train for the short journey to the restaurant.

Lunch will be before 2pm, with a set menu of  Cream of Vegetable Soup, followed by Baked Chicken or a menu of snacks or salad and Paella.  You will then have a demonstration of the preparation of the typical local dessert ‘wafer Alfajor’ which each person will make.

Around 4pm will commence a demonstration of how to dress a ‘Wine Horse’, before our return journey to Quesada and we should be back in Quesada before 7:30pm

The total cost of this trip will be 25 euros pp.; seats are limited and must be purchased before 19th June.
