EVENTS FOR TORREVIEJA ASSOCIATIONS

Two events for clubs, groups and 'associations', (under the banner of "associations") are planned and being organised by the departments of "Commerce" and "Citizens Participation":

1. On SATURDAY 5th November 2011, at 10.00h at the 'Torre del Moro' (Situated near to the 'Hotel Masa'), ALL Torrevieja based 'associations' are invited to come along to pose for a 'group photo'. Please just 'turn up' on the day as a group. If you wish to wear any appropriate 'uniform' as in the case of choirs etc. you are welcome to do so.

2. SUNDAY 4th DECEMBER, in plain Patronal fiestas, the "DAY OF ASSOCIATIONS" will take place. Any Torrevieja based 'association' is invited to set up an information stand (more appropriate possibly to charities who have promotional material). Any such association can solicit a 'stand' (the stand itself being provided) by calling into this office (oari) and collecting an application form which we will be pleased to assist you with in completing. Any 'entertainment' group (song, dance etc..) can also solicit their participation on the stage by calling into this office and solciting an application form for their inclusion n the event.

Of course, the public are invited to come along on 4th December to the 'fiestas marquee' situated in the harbour area.
