NATIONAL TENGO TENNIS CHAMPIONS FOR TORREVIEJA

More success for Torrevieja tennis club’s young players in the National tournament which ended last Sunday at the Tennis Club of Elche.
Joshua Merino became the under-10 champion by winning the final against Juan C. Garcia. Alexandra Kitova was runner up in the final of the under-18 division against Julia Lopez while Giulia Markaryan also lost in the final of the under-12 category. Three excellent performances though to reach the National finals.
There were also outstanding performances from Nicola Kuhn and Zakhar Trapeznikov in under-12 category and David Caprotta in the under-14 age group with all three players reaching the semifinals.
