ANOTHER SAD LOSS – JOHN BEVINGTON

More sad news for Monte Mar Bowls this week, when we heard the sad news of the sudden death of another of our bowlers, John Bevington, better known throughout our club as Biker John.
John played bowls only occasionally over recent months owing to illness, but could always be relied upon to turn out for the club when needed.
He and his wife Margaret were regular visitors to the club as spectators, where John entertained with his dry sense of humour.
He will be sadly missed by all who knew him, and we extend our sincere condolences to Margaret and his family.
