STREETLIGHTS QUESADA

For more then 2 weeks the streetlights in our area (Quesada Conjunto Sabina 4 and surrounding area) are out-of-order. The answer our president of the community got when he asked when this problem will be solved was that it is "a big problem". A big problem it is indeed because a lot of people are afraid to go out at night or coming back when it is dark. Are there more areas who has the same problem?
