TELMICRO LEVANTE FIRST, TORRESATELIT NEXT?
Contributor / 2008-08-03 16:23:55
I write as a former customer of Telemicro Levante with whom I grew so disillusioned that in the end I cancelled my contract. That did not stop them taking monthly subscriptions from the bank and after countless phone calls to them and two visits to the bank, my overpaid monies were returned.
Having been offered television service by Torresatelit TV via a letter, I thought they would be the next best step. Cable TV should equate to fairly problem free viewing. However, neighbours of mine can barely see the picture so bad is the signal and despite scores of calls to them on their 902 150 255 number which is permanently on answer machine and then e-mails to info@torresatelit, the situation has still not been resolved. Now the rumour circulating is that they are in difficulties.
Are they the next ones to be going under through "dodgy" dealing I wonder?
Surely, it is not beyond the ability of an honest business person to set up a legal and problem free television network for English speaking ex-pats?
