Qatar edge out Murcia at La Manga

Last Wednesday saw a Junior Ryder Cup tournament played between teams representing Murcia and Qatar. The competition was played on the South course and came about following a recent visit to the complex by the middle eastern stated Golf Development Officer Mike Shoueiry.

All those representing the two teams were aged between 15 and 19 with Qatar edging the victory by a scoreline of 4-2. The players were all hosted for the duration by the Hyatt Regency Hotel
