Last Friday, June 28, the closing ceremony of the Jennifer Colino Rhythmic Gymnastics Club of Torrevieja took place, in whichall 150 gymnasts that make up the club took part.
Spectators enjoyed a number of routines carried out by the girls at all levels.
All of the gymnasts received a medal in recognition of their hard work during the year.
The event was attended by numerous sponsors of the club, including the Councillor for Sports of the Torrevieja Diana Box Alonso, as well as representatives of the University Hospital of Torrevieja, IES Torrevigia, Habaneras Shopping Centre and Casas Bostad.
Club coach, Jennifer Colino, said that she was very satisfied with the season’s results which included two gold medals and one bronze in the 2019 Age Group Spanish Championship, one gold and one bronze in the Spain Open 2019 Championship, in addition to achieving numerous Autonomous and Provincial Champions in different levels of competition. The former international gymnast said that “We will continue working with enthusiasm in the competitions that lie ahead.”
