Do come to see Jávea Players’ My Fair Lady! Enjoy the well-known songs, admire the costumes, scenery and the dancing.

Alfred Doolittle is one of the characters who brings humour to the plot. He’s played by Tony Sim, a retired firefighter. “We moved here with a few Bouncy Castles until both they, and we, got worn out.”

“I had several happy years with the Jávea Players, but my real passion is musical theatre, so I defected to Footlights in Calpe where I performed various leads and started the Footlights Youth Theatre group which opened with Cats.”

From a prolific performer to the youngest member of the cast. Bo Daaman is a 16-year old Dutch girl who moved to Jávea six months ago.

“I was six when I first I knew that I liked acting – I played a mouse. I realised then that instead of reading a story you were the story. I hope to be a drama teacher. Being in My Fair Lady, really is a dream come true!”

My Fair Lady will be performed on 13th April only in Rojales at the Capitol Theatre at 19.00.  Tickets 12€. See myfairladycostablanca.com and www.TorreviejaInformation.com/myfairlady
