Spain has won the first edition of the Pinatar Arena Trophy competed for by under-15 national teams.

 The team coached by Julen Guerrero won by the only goal of the game over Holland in the competition final with David Pecellín scoring the decider in the final few seconds of the first period.

Going into the final Spain and Holland were equal to points. Ireland finished in third position after drawing the two games with Spain and Holland, and beating fourth placed Hungary.

The final between Spain and the Netherlands attracted more than 1,000 spectators in the main stadium of Pinatar Arena that this week will continue to host both male and female Under17 Tournaments including squads from England and Scotland
