Community Care Association proudly announce that the Valencian Authorities and Orihuela Government have now legally recognised the Charity / Association set up by Norah Bond,  founder of Help at Home Costa Blanca, and her dedicated team, Eva Johansson, Penny Brown and Jill Morris who are opening a Drop In Centre for Orihuela Costa. 

Norah explained that the process took months to meet the strict guidelines required by the Authorities to register the Association following legal protocols which are necessary to run a Charity.

The Registration No of the Charity is CV- 01-057624-A.

Hopefully this article should dispel any malicious rumours which are being spread, that Community Care Association is not legal.

Contrary to what is being said, the COMMUNITY CARE ASSOCIATION IS LEGAL!.

The new Drop In Centre being developed by Norah, her fantastic team, volunteers and Members is opening on 11th September for all Residents who wish to enjoy Creative Activities, Arts, Crafts and Music therapy sessions with friends.

There are currently 5 Charities registered in Orihuela Costa, two of which Norah developed, she is fully aware of the lack of Community Services for Residents and intends to ensure they are supported more by other Charities, encouraging them to open a branch on the coast and work together, ie Stroke Support, Cruz Roja and Alzheimer’s association.  

The Drop In Centre is located at Calle Cipres.  Lomas De Cabo Roig.  Campoamor. 03189. Orihuela Costa.

We also hold Games sessions every Tuesday at Alfonso’s Restaurant by the Town Hall from 2 till 5pm. Everyone is welcome. 

We aim to support those who want a little fun in the sun.  We believe you matter because you do!
