Beniform hike prices for visit of Torry

The travelling Torry army were disgusted at the treatment handed out by the officials at FC Benidorm this weekend. On arriving at the club it was discovered that Benidorm were charging everyone 6 Euro entrance fee. Now that may not sound lot but at all other grounds clubs provide concessions for OAP's and female spectators with entry usually priced at 3 Euros. Torry Army Chairman, Eddie Cagigao tried in vain to negotiate a reduction in entrance fee but his plea fell on deaf ears. The club officials would not budge, 6 Euros or no entry! This is not the first time that clubs have taken advantage of the travelling faithful. Torry Army members said "they did the same last year. It's not on. They know we always bring a good crowd with us and they take advantage of the fact, it's disgusting!"

The Leader Newspaper has approached Benidorm Football Club seeking an explanation. We await their response with interest.
