PROPERTY SALESPANA was formed in 2008 by Barrie Miles and Glyn Horsfall, who had both been working in the Real Estate Market for many years and decided that they could, with their wealth of experience form a partnership with a business they are passionate about, believe in and totally get what the clients needs are something that can be alien to the bigger property companies with their mass markets and 6 in a bus tours.

Property Salespana is small BUT throughout the last years (when the market has been tough) they have built up an excellent relationship with other agents and builders who don’t hesitate to use the company to show or promote their property, with both Barrie and Glyn living on the Costa and loving the way of life they want to take the opportunity of showing how easy and stress free it can be.

Property Salespana is located in San Miguel de Salinas with the very easy to find address of "Main Street" directly opposite Caja Murcia Bank, although this is the main street parking can easily be found on any one of the small roads leading of the high street and although the office is in San Miguel Barrie and Glyn cover from Gran Alacant, La Marina, taking in all the Costal towns to los Alcazares but not everybody wants to live near the sea so clients also have the choice of inland such as Los Montesinos, Quesada, Dolores to name just a few and if a client cannot find what they are looking for the boys will find it for them.

When Barrie and Glyn first set up Property Salespana one of the biggest problems they felt with previous agencies was a lack of communication between client and agency, there should be no rush to buy a property and not to make a hasty and maybe costly mistake its so important to find out exactly what the clients needs are such as, is this a permanent move or holiday home, do they drive, do they need a school if they have children, or maybe they want to be close to all amenities like bank, post office. its very easy to say "I want the dream in Spain" living in a little village but if you don’t speak Spanish, maybe cannot get UK T.V. or for that matter a local English speaking newspaper  your reality could turn sour.

When you enter the office its relaxed informal and friendly, so by explaining to Glyn or Barrie what you are looking for and also ...very important what your budget is its in their interest to get the right property at a good price, value for money, and good location, at the end of the day its job satisfaction to get a great property and for the client to be happy.
